  • Manage and track compliance across multiple platforms for training completion, accreditation velocity, daily store performance, and more.
  • Conduct robust quarterly product quality audits for all Boston, DC and NYC stores and assist in the development of unique, actionable reporting that will enable field leaders to implement necessary improvements.
  • Develop and foster cross functional relationships to help build effective reporting tools to provide insight into store performance.
  • Be our Trail expert. Create and build helpful tools and tasks through our diligence platform that support the daily functions of a successful store.
  • Be an inspirational leader full of coffee knowledge and passion for the craft, knowing how to tailor training approaches to individuals to ignite passion and the desire to pour love into every cup of coffee made.
  • Find creative ways to build and foster a learning culture at Blank Street, keeping teams motivated, engaged, and excited to learn.
