Position Summary

Cyberhill Partners is seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer who can lead the design of innovative digital products and customer experiences from concept through launch. This individual will play a key role in shaping user-centered solutions for enterprise clients and emerging technology initiatives, including AI-powered products and platforms.

The ideal candidate has experience working with globally recognized brands, Fortune 500 organizations, or high-growth technology companies, and possesses a deep understanding of human behavior, decision-making, and user motivation.

Required Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, UX Design, Product Design, or a related field

·      6+ years of professional UX Design experience

·      Proven experience designing and launching successful digital products, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, or technology solutions

·      Experience working within technology, software, startup, or AI-driven organizations

·      Strong understanding of behavioral psychology, user decision-making, consumer behavior, and human-centered design principles

·      Experience conducting user research, usability testing, behavioral analysis, and translating findings into product improvements

·      Demonstrated success working with enterprise clients, major consumer brands, or Fortune 500 organizations

·      Expertise in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools

·      Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, product thinking, research methodology, and measurable business outcomes

·      Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience designing AI-powered products, machine learning applications, conversational interfaces, or intelligent user experiences

·      Experience building or helping launch a technology product, startup platform, mobile app, or SaaS solution from concept to market

·      Familiarity with product management and product strategy methodologies

·      Experience contributing to enterprise design systems and scalable UX frameworks

·      Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

·      Experience with WordPress is appreciated but not required

·      Experience mentoring designers or leading UX initiatives across multiple teams
