About Lineate

Lineate is a US-based international software development company with over two decades of experience.

From Intelligent Document Processing(IDP) and Agentic RAG systems to scalable cloud architectures, we turn complex ideas into real, measurable results.

We deliver AI-driven custom solutions for FinTech, HealthTech, AdTech, and beyond, empowering businesses to grow smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

Our expertise falls into three main categories:

  • Building Custom AI Solutions: Deploying high-impact, AI-enabled technology utilizing IDP, Agentic RAG.
  • Cloud and Data Infrastructure: Optimizing business operations with our data management and cloud computing solutions.
  • Team Augmentation: Providing specialized experts in FinTech, AdTech, and HealthTech to integrate seamlessly and accelerate project timelines.
  • Our goal is not just to build technology, but to build the future operating model for our clients.

Context: We are looking for a UX Quality Specialist / Design Ops to help ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across a large and diverse product ecosystem.

As organizations grow and products evolve, maintaining UX consistency becomes increasingly challenging. Design guidelines are often interpreted differently across teams and technologies, resulting in inconsistencies that can negatively impact both end users and development teams.

To address this challenge, we are developing an automated solution that detects UX inconsistencies and validates compliance with design standards at scale. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, validating, and continuously improving the quality and reliability of automated UX checks.

Location: This role is open to candidates who are permanently based in India.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct iterative testing of automated UX validation tools.
  • Analyze and validate detected UX inconsistencies.
  • Identify false positives, false negatives, and edge cases.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve UX quality standards.
  • Translate complex UX and design challenges into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
  • Support the continuous improvement of automated UX compliance mechanisms.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity and testing efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of commercial Experience in UX Quality Assurance, Design QA, Product Design, Frontend QA, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with design systems and UX guidelines.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and UX best practices.
  • Experience testing web applications or frontend components.
  • Understanding of automated testing and validation approaches.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

We offer:

  • B2B contract with our US office
