What you will be doing:
  • Plan and execute research using a range of methods—interviews, usability testing, concept testing, surveys, and diary studies—depending on the research goals.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to identify research opportunities that guide the evolution of LTX and its underlying AI capabilities.
  • Conduct both generative and evaluative research to uncover users’ needs, workflows, and mental models when collaborating with AI.
  • Contribute to building an understanding of AI–human collaboration, helping define what intuitive, trustworthy, and empowering AI experiences look like.
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable insights that shape product direction, model behavior, and the overall user experience.
  • Communicate insights creatively through storytelling, visuals, and presentations that inspire cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions.
  • Advocate for the incorporation of findings into our products through reporting, presenting, and working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and educate stakeholders in order to support research democratization efforts to enable purposeful cross-functional work
Your skills and experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in UX Research, with a strong background in B2B user research. 
  • Bonus: Experience researching AI-driven tools or researching advertising professionals and agencies.
  • Proven track record of research findings impacting change
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology and more
  • Experience using varied research methods and knowing when and how to apply them
  • Excellent, demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders at once. This includes relationship building, problem solving, and project management. 
  • Great communication skills – written and verbal are a must. You know how to get users talking, how to give compelling presentations, and everything in between.
  • Natural curiosity and genuine interest in the field: the thought of spending your day gaining greater understanding of how people think and work excites you
Benefits: 
  • Expected salary range is $130,000-$139,000. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
