Job Description
  • Analysis of user needs and business requirements for mobile applications within MOAP Delivery scope.

  • Design of information architecture, user flows and interaction patterns for iOS and Android.

  • Creation of wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs in line with Client Flow, platform guidelines and accessibility requirements.

  • Facilitation of UX/UI workshops with business stakeholders and, where applicable, end users; collection of feedback and iterative refinement of designs.

  • Preparation and maintenance of design specifications and assets for development teams (design systems, component libraries, redlines).

  • Support for usability testing and evaluation of user feedback in order to improve new and existing applications and ensure consistent user-centred mobile experiences aligned with the Client brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze user needs and business requirements for mobile applications within the MOAP Delivery scope.

  • Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with Client Flow, platform guidelines, and accessibility requirements.

  • Facilitate UX/UI workshops with business stakeholders and, where applicable, end users to align on goals, constraints, and success criteria.

  • Collect feedback, validate assumptions, and iteratively refine designs based on stakeholder input and user insights.

  • Prepare and maintain design specifications and assets for development teams, including design systems, component libraries, and redlines/annotations.

  • Support usability testing activities and evaluate user feedback to improve new and existing applications.

  • Ensure consistent, user-centered mobile experiences aligned with the Client brand across features and releases.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility, clarify interactions, and support implementation quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 0–5 years of experience in UX/UI design (including internships, freelance work, or academic projects).

  • Strong understanding of UX fundamentals: user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.

  • Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile applications.

  • Working knowledge of iOS and Android design patterns and platform conventions.

  • Awareness of accessibility principles and how to apply them in mobile UI design.

  • Experience preparing clear handoff documentation (specs, redlines, assets) for engineering teams.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to run or support workshops and present design rationale.

  • Ability to incorporate feedback constructively and iterate quickly while maintaining design consistency.

  • Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).

Nice to Have
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system and reusable component library.

  • Exposure to usability testing methods (moderated/unmoderated), test planning, and synthesizing findings.

  • Basic understanding of mobile development constraints and handoff best practices (responsive layouts, assets, states, edge cases).

  • Familiarity with analytics-informed design or measuring UX improvements through qualitative/quantitative signals.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
