How You Will Make an Impact
- Cultivate new opportunities and consistently meet monthly sales quotas with fiber and coaxial solutions for hospitality clients
- Apply or learn hospitality procurement processes to navigate complex sales cycles
- Conduct consultative needs analyses and develop client-focused product solutions
- Design and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to highlight Spectrum's service benefits
- Self-generate leads through calls, premise visits, networking, and industry events
- Qualify leads, request site surveys, and submit ROI analyses to sales management
- Maintain accurate account records in Salesforce and ensure seamless handoff to the Account Management team
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Support, and Marketing to maximize sales outcomes
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your expertise and stay informed on industry trends
Working Conditions
- Office-based environment with regular travel to assigned territories and company facilities, including during inclement weather
- Use of reliable personal vehicle required
What You Will Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)
Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience with a record of exceeding revenue quotas
- 3+ years of telecommunications-related sales experience
- 2+ years of experience selling data, voice, cloud, or video solutions
Skills
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Efficiency in meeting deadlines and working within a team
- Quick learner who applies new knowledge effectively
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Valid state driver's license and safe driving record
