Join our Digital Accessibility team to drive data-informed decision making across Consumer & Community Banking (CCB).

As Vice President Accessibility Data Visualization & Governance Lead in Digital Accessibility Team, you will transform complex accessibility, controls, compliance, and operational data into actionable insights that enable strategic decisions, process improvements, and measurable outcomes. You will serve as a key partner to Product, Technology, Controls, Compliance, and Accessibility teams by developing analytical solutions, executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics that support the firm's accessibility objectives. This role combines advanced analytics, data visualization, process optimization, and accessibility domain expertise.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Development & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and executive scorecards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx or similar platforms
  • Analytics and Reporting:  Develop meaningful KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators to measure accessibility maturity, compliance, defects, remediation, and operational effectiveness. Build and maintain automated reporting processes, workflows, and data pipelines using transformation and analytics tools.
  • Accessibility Governance & Program Reporting:: Consult with stakeholders to define success measures, reporting strategies, and visualization approaches.
  • Develop and deliver recurring executive reporting, governance updates, and accessibility maturity model performance reviews.
  • Process Management & Improvement: Partner with Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Compliance, and Accessibility teams to ensure alignment of deliverables. Support process improvement and potential efficiencies. Monitor accessibility control effectiveness and recommend corrective actions when trends or risks are identified.
  • Client Focused: Support the identification and oversee solutions that address ADA gaps and/or deliverables

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2, PDF/UA standards, ADA policies, Section 508 and accessibility governance practices.
  • Strong understanding of controls, risk management, compliance, and operational governance.
  • 5+ years of experience developing analytical solutions, executive dashboards, data visualizations, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise with data visualization and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data transformation, automation, and workflow tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Tableau Prep, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience creating executive-level reporting and communicating complex insights through clear visual storytelling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent consulting, communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into executive-level insights.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines in a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions. Experience with Jira, Agile delivery methodologies, and product development reporting.
