Position Overview

The Capital Markets team is responsible for delivering efficient, flexible financing solutions that support fund liquidity, portfolio construction, and long‑term value creation. This role will focus on the origination and execution of fund finance–oriented structures, including subscription facilities, NAV and hybrid facilities, CFO’s, and other bespoke leverage solutions across private equity and real estate strategies.

Essential Job Functions 

  • Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of fund‑level and asset‑level financing transactions for Private Equity (including VC) and Real Estate strategies.
  • Partner closely with investment teams, portfolio managers, legal, tax, treasury, and operations to ensure financing structures align with investment strategy, fund documentation, and investor considerations.
  • Manage ongoing oversight, including amendments, extensions, refinancings, covenant compliance, and lender reporting.
  • Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and evolving fund finance structures, and proactively identify opportunities to improve financing efficiency and flexibility.
  • Prepare and present materials for internal committees, senior management, and external counterparties.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, standardized documentation, and scalable processes across the Capital Markets function.

Qualifications 

  • 5–8 years of experience in capital markets, fund finance, structured finance, private credit, investment banking, or a related role, with direct exposure to private equity and/or real estate financing.
  • Strong working knowledge of fund finance structures, including subscription facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, and CFO or portfolio‑level leverage solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex transactions while managing multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including fund‑level cash flow and leverage impact analysis.
  • Proven relationship management and negotiation skills with banks and alternative lenders.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment.
  • Collaborative, commercially minded, and able to balance execution with strategic relationship development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional designation a plus.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000

The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position.  Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience.  The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
