Vice President, Product Chase Travel Corporate ,Travel Manager Experience

As a Vice President, Chase Travel Corporate - Travel Manager Experience in the Traveler Experience team, you drive the vision and execution for a portfolio that helps travel managers stay ahead—using data, experimentation, and disciplined prioritization. You partner closely with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver end-to-end improvements across the travel manager journey. You communicate strategy clearly, make smart trade-offs, and focus the team on outcomes that matter.
Job responsibilities
- Set and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for traveler experience, translating ambition into a sequenced delivery plan
- Lead strategy and execution for reporting and dashboard products and online booking tool integrations
- Make decisive trade-offs, remove blockers, and drive fast movement from insight to shipped product
- Define success metrics and hold the portfolio accountable to measurable business and user outcomes
- Map and continuously improve the end-to-end travel journey, prioritizing the highest-impact investments
- Ground decisions in customer research, data, and direct travel manager feedback
- Partner with engineering, design, data and analytics, and commercial leaders to align priorities and delivery
- Influence senior stakeholders by communicating strategy, trade-offs, and progress with clarity and credibility
- Develop and mentor product managers, raising the bar on product craft and execution
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated product management experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for customer-facing technology products
- Proven ability to operate strategically while driving hands-on execution with a strong bias for action
- Track record of shipping products that deliver measurable business and user outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including making trade-offs with incomplete information
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly across competing, high-value demands
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Deep fluency with agile product development practices at scale
- Ability to work autonomously and drive progress through ambiguity
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience owning data, reporting, dashboard, or analytics products
- Experience with expense, payments, or financial integration products
- Experience improving complex, multi-step customer journeys
- Experience building, leading, and mentoring product teams
- Familiarity with corporate travel workflows (policy, approvals, expense, and payment processes)
