Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Investment Solutions stakeholders to establish the annual product marketing agenda, focusing resources on opportunities with the greatest potential to deepen client relationships and accelerate business growth
  • Collaborate with investment product leaders and business-aligned marketing teams to connect product marketing priorities and plans to broader business objectives, product roadmaps, and market opportunities
  • Translate research, competitive intelligence, advisor feedback, and performance data into differentiated positioning, new marketing opportunities, and actionable recommendations for investment product partners
  • Develop the value proposition, narrative architecture, and proof points for investment solutions targeting affluent, high net worth, and ultra-high net worth clients and prospects — clear, differentiated, and grounded in client needs
  • Build go-to-market plans for new capabilities, enhancements, and thematic campaigns (e.g., alternatives, income, diversification), defining target segments, key messages, channel strategy, and success metrics
  • Act as the primary marketing relationship for Investment Solutions product owners and senior subject-matter experts, connecting them to the right capabilities across marketing and content teams
  • Produce and oversee development of client-facing and advisor-enablement content across digital and print — including toolkits, pitch decks, web journeys, emails, articles, and campaign assets
  • Coordinate across business-aligned marketing, delivery, engagement, field marketing, content, social media, and digital teams to align plans, sequence activity, and deliver cohesive product marketing programs
  • Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, and supervisory stakeholders to deliver compelling, accurate, and timely investment communications while managing review requirements and reputational risk
  • Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate content development and drive efficiencies across the marketing workflow
  • Establish key performance indicators, evaluate campaign and content performance, and use insights to refine strategy and improve measurable business outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for investment products or platforms
  • Working knowledge of investment products, markets, portfolio construction, and the needs of affluent, high net worth, and ultra-high net worth clients
  • Demonstrated success operating in a complex, matrixed organization — influencing without direct authority and building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, client-ready language
  • Strong commercial judgment and analytical orientation, with the ability to connect marketing activity to client behavior, advisor adoption, and measurable business outcomes
  • Proven project and program management capability in a fast-moving, regulated environment
