Job Role and Responsibility:
Create pitches/term sheets. Prepare borrowing base calculations in Excel. Lead due diligence meetings. Act as the lead banker on driving internal underwriting and credit approval process, including writing detailed credit memos and leading internal discussions with credit partners. Work closely with internal and external counsel to negotiate legal documentation. Work with clients to understand financing needs and provide tailored solutions including structuring transaction deal terms. Work closely with analysts and internal partners to manage internal compliance, booking, and funding processes. Maintain client relationships, including researching and reconciling questions/discrepancies and proactively ensuring that all deal requirements are met. • Five (5) years of front office or credit experience at a major firm with a focus in finance; • Experience with deal origination and credit underwriting; • Direct client interaction experience, including experience leading relevant transaction elements and interaction with senior decision makers; • Leadership experience or experience training others in a relevant professional capacity; • Experience with originating and monitoring subscription facilities, asset backed finance, securitization, or other structured products.
