The Role

The Vice President, Growth Activation will lead adMarketplace's growth marketing strategy, building the engine that generates pipeline, drives account growth, enables Sales, and measures marketing's impact on revenue. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Business Development, and Revenue Operations to execute integrated growth strategies across advertiser and publisher audiences.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketing leader with experience driving pipeline growth, account-based marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, and marketing analytics within high-growth B2B technology, adtech, SaaS, digital media, or AI-powered organizations.

What You’ll Do:

Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute adMarketplace's growth marketing strategy, aligning marketing investments with company growth objectives, pipeline targets, and revenue goals.

  • Lead annual and quarterly growth planning, defining priorities, investment plans, success metrics, experimentation roadmaps, and marketing ROI targets.

  • Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities across advertiser and publisher markets and translate them into measurable marketing programs.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercial Activation

  • Develop and execute integrated growth marketing programs, including account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and customer marketing, that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate pipeline progression, and drive account acquisition, expansion, and retention.

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Business Development to bring new products, AI capabilities, and strategic commercial initiatives to market.

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and pipeline conversion throughout the buyer journey.

Sales Enablement & Customer Intelligence

  • Build and scale the sales enablement function, equipping commercial teams with the messaging, insights, competitive intelligence, and resources needed to engage prospects and customers.

  • Build a customer intelligence function that transforms customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and campaign performance into actionable growth strategies.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product positioning and customer value into compelling sales enablement and growth marketing campaigns.

Marketing Performance & ROI

  • Own the marketing measurement strategy, partnering with Revenue Operations to build dashboards, attribution models, and reporting that connect marketing investment to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.

  • Drive a culture of experimentation, AI adoption, and continuous optimization by using performance insights to maximize marketing ROI and commercial impact.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and grow a high-performing Growth Activation team spanning growth marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, customer intelligence, and marketing operations.

  • Manage internal teams, agency partners, vendors, and AI tools to maximize growth, efficiency, and marketing performance.

  • Establish scalable operating rhythms and cross-functional processes that strengthen alignment between Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of marketing experience, including 5+ years leading growth marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market teams within high-growth B2B organizations.

  • Proven leadership experience within adtech, martech, SaaS, digital media, search, commerce media, performance advertising, or AI-powered technology companies.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing growth marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and maximize marketing ROI through demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), customer marketing, and sales enablement.

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership to execute integrated growth strategies.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using attribution models, CRM platforms, marketing automation, AI-powered tools, and performance analytics to inform strategy, measure marketing impact, and optimize investment decisions.

  • Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and leading high-performing organizations, agency partners, budgets, and strategic initiatives.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities, a bias toward experimentation, and a focus on measurable business outcomes.
