The Vice President of Product Management is a senior leader responsible for translating the company’s product strategy into actionable plans that drive business results and fuel sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role partners closely on strategic direction while owning the operational execution required to deliver against company objectives.
This leader oversees the Directors of Men’s Footwear, Women’s Footwear, Sneakers/Sport, and Lifestyle categories, ensuring cohesion, excellence, and innovation across the entire product portfolio.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic Leadership & Execution
• Partner with the Chief Product Officer to develop, interpret, , enhance and drive the execution of our overall product strategy, bringing forward insights, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Convert long-term strategic directions into clear, actionable product plans and priorities.
• Ensure product category strategies are aligned, integrated, and executed consistently to achieve financial, consumer, and brand objectives.
• Drive a results-oriented culture focused on delivering growth, margin improvement, operational excellence, and speed-to-market.
Cross-Category Leadership
• Lead a talented organization across Men’s, Women’s, Sneakers/Sport, and Lifestyle product categories.
• Foster collaboration, and communication across product creation, design, development, sourcing, marketing the channels.
• Ensure consistent product management rigor and frameworks across all categories.
Business & Product Performance
• Own cross-category business performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, margin targets, SKU efficiency, and market competitiveness.
• Analyze consumer trends, market insights, and competitive landscapes to inform prioritization and product investments.
• Drive product lifecycle excellence from concept through in-market performance.

Enterprise Thinking & Collaboration

• Act as a key member of the extended leadership team, bringing holistic, enterprise-level thinking to decisions.
• Build strong partnerships across functions including Design, Sourcing, Development, Finance, Planning, and Global Merchandising.
• Help create a streamlined, scalable operating model that supports growth across multiple product categories.
Team Leadership & Development
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team.
• Develop talent, elevate capability, and ensure succession plans across all categories.
• Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience in the footwear space
• Proven track record of leading multi-category product teams and delivering strong commercial results.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction into actionable plans that drive measurable business
outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at senior levels.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a bias for action, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.


Base Salary: From $275,000 to $290,000 annually*

Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
