Job Summary

As a Vice President, Product Strategy in our Card Cobrand Product team, you lead end-to-end strategy and delivery of scalable card payment capabilities, from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization. You translate customer needs and business goals into a clear roadmap, align partners across product, technology, design, risk, fraud, servicing, finance, analytics, legal, compliance, and operations, and use data to improve customer experience and business impact.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for card use capabilities, from discovery and business case through launch and scale
  • Prepare executive-ready materials (roadmap updates, decisions, scorecards, business reviews) for leadership and governance forums
  • Define scope and sequencing (minimum viable release through long-term vision) and drive prioritization and trade-offs across teams
  • Establish success measures and operating cadence (dashboards, reviews, action plans) to improve adoption, experience, risk outcomes, and financial impact

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • 7+ years in product strategy/management across payments, credit cards, fintech, digital commerce, or customer experience (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to lead new product builds from ambiguity to launch with strong prioritization, dependency management, and delivery discipline
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence across product, technology, design, risk, fraud, legal, compliance, finance, analytics, servicing, and operations
  • Excellent communication: concise, decision-oriented storytelling and executive-ready writing/presenting

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent strategic/product experience
  • Experience delivering card payment capabilities such as digital wallets, pay-over-time features, merchant offers, authentication, or disputes experiences
  • Familiarity with payments concepts such as tokenization, authentication, dispute workflows, and fraud prevention controls
  • Experience partnering with external platforms or partners to deliver payment-related capabilities
