Key Responsibilities
Lead GTM strategy formulation, including segmentation, coverage models, pricing strategy, and go-to-market sequencing in partnership with executive leadership
Coordinate cross-functional GTM execution, ensuring Marketing, Sales, and CX operate against a unified plan with clear accountability and shared metrics
Define and own a unified revenue operations strategy aligned to annual and long-range company goals
Build and maintain the GTM data model as the single source of truth across pipeline, bookings, ARR, retention, and expansion
Drive the annual GTM planning process, including capacity, quota, territory design, headcount planning, and tooling decisions
Deliver executive-ready insights, board materials, and reporting that connect operational performance to financial outcomes with precision and clarity
Lead and develop a team of operations managers and analysts across all functional pillars
Own GTM tech stack strategy, including evaluation, consolidation, and vendor management in partnership with IT, Finance, and Procurement
Champion process discipline and data quality, driving best-in-class forecast accuracy and pipeline integrity
Serve as the CFO’s primary analytical partner on revenue, including scenario modeling, performance analysis, and translating GTM metrics into financial impact
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or related roles within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline coverage, etc.)
Demonstrated success in building forecasting models and driving revenue predictability
Deep experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tech stacks
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
