FINN Partners’ Travel practice is growing and we’re looking for a Vice President to help expand our New York team. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings deep expertise across travel, tourism, and hospitality.

You’ll lead high-profile global accounts—hotels and resorts, destinations, airlines, cruise lines, and travel services—while playing a key role in business growth, team leadership, and client success. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, energized by building teams, driving impactful campaigns, and shaping the future of a growing practice.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as senior client lead, owning relationships, strategy, timelines, and budgets
  • Oversee integrated PR programs across earned, owned, and paid channels
  • Lead media relations strategy, campaign execution, partnerships, and events
  • Drive new business efforts, including pitches, RFPs, and networking opportunities
  • Mentor and manage team members, fostering growth and strong performance
  • Contribute to thought leadership, brand storytelling, and content development
  • Ensure seamless execution across multiple accounts in a dynamic environment
What You Bring
  • 8–12+ years of PR agency experience, with a focus on travel, hospitality, or lifestyle
  • Proven ability to lead multiple clients and teams in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong media relationships and a track record of impactful coverage
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns (media, social, partnerships, content)
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, marketing, or related field
Compensation

$130,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience and location
This role will be based in our New York City office and a hybrid schedule of a minimum of two in-office days per week.
