  • Revenue Growth: Own the regional P&L. Drive consistent over-achievement of revenue targets through new logo acquisition and strategic expansion within existing accounts.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and the "5H" values.
  • Executive Engagement: Build and maintain "C-level" relationships (CISO, CTO, CIO) within the region’s largest Fortune 500 and high-growth enterprise accounts.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement rigorous sales processes (MEDDIC, Force Management, etc.), accurate forecasting, and pipeline management via CRM tools to ensure predictable business growth.
  • Ecosystem Expansion: Work closely with the Channel and Alliances teams to build a robust partner ecosystem in the West, leveraging GSI and regional VAR relationships to scale reach.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the "voice of the West" to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure our roadmap and messaging stay ahead of market demands.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP or AVP level) within the cybersecurity industry (Application Security, Cloud Security, or Vulnerability Management preferred).
  • Proven Track Record: Consistent history of leading regions to exceed multi-million dollar quotas and successfully navigating complex, seven-figure enterprise deals.
  • Strategic Builder: Demonstrated experience scaling a sales region from early-stage to high-growth, including recruiting and onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Network: An extensive network of C-level security contacts and channel partners across the Western US (Silicon Valley, PNW, SoCal, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
  • Attributes: Exceptional executive presence, negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "startup-growth" environment.
Why You Will Love It
  • Career Leadership: Direct influence over the company’s trajectory and the opportunity to build a regional legacy.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible remote-first culture with a focus on sustainable high performance.
  • Collaborative Culture: A workplace built on the "5H" principles where your ideas have immediate impact.
  • Competitive Compensation: High OTE, equity participation, and performance-based accelerators.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Full health coverage, continuous upskilling programs, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
