Job Duties: Responsible for business development and client servicing for Americas retirement and retail investors (including USA and Latin America). Collaborate closely with senior strategists, researchers, and portfolio managers within SAE to cultivate a deep understanding of our investment approach, portfolio characteristics and performance results in order to represent all facets of the products internally and externally, particularly targeted to the Americas Wealth Channels. Develop strategic growth initiatives and product innovation. Develop and deliver investment, market and business communications to existing and prospective clients. Respond to and handle enquiries from clients and prospects. Support sales and marketing activities including pitch book generation, RFPs, market commentaries, including supporting often very complicated and deep due diligence processes. Educate and support internal distribution channels on our products. Engage and participate actively in the internal investment dialogue. Assist in the formulation and execution of business and product strategy for key growth areas.

Qualifications: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field, and 48 months of experience in the job offered, as a financial analyst, or in a closely related role. Alternate Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field, and 72 months of experience in job offered, as a financial analyst, or in a closely related role. Position requires four years of experience in the following: Data market systems including Bloomberg Wire and Morningstar; Position requires two years of experience in the following: Both institutional and wealth distribution channels across and within US and LATAM regions; Knowledge of regulatory, fiscal, and industry differences across and within US and LATAM regions; Leveraging Python-based tools to build custom reporting, attribution, and commentary dashboards across wide range of investments; Asset Management and capital markets management in Latin America; Investment strategies, including income-oriented products, alternative investments such as hedge funds and private equity, ETFs, and long-only / core portfolio strategies; Various investment vehicles and domiciles, including active ETFs, mutual funds, collective trusts, separate accounts, and Cayman strategies; Cross-Cultural Client Relationship Management in North and South America.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$195,100.00 - USD$210,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
