About the role

We’re looking for a Video Editor & Producer, Partnerships to join Better Collective and help us expand the reach and impact of our video offerings across a changing media landscape.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to building products and experiences at the intersection of sports, media, betting, and technology. You will be working with one of our leading sports betting and prediction brands within Better Collective’s House of Brands. This team focuses on sports betting insights, analytics, and data-driven content, reaching millions of dedicated sports fans and bettors worldwide.

Your primary focus will be facilitating the integration and syndication of our premier betting content and products into major partner platforms, ensuring our video content is engaging, highly discoverable, and optimized for consumption.

What you’ll do
  • Transform long-form videos and podcasts into highly engaging short-form clips (such as Reels, Shorts, and TikToks) tailored for social media and distribution hubs.

  • Create and produce custom segments for recurring shows and standalone video-on-demand (VOD) content.

  • Ensure all video assets are optimized for partner syndication, YouTube, Instagram, and other major digital platforms.

  • Design high-quality, eye-catching thumbnails and visual assets to maximize click-through rates and audience engagement.

What we’re looking for
  • 1–3 years of professional experience using advanced video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro.

  • A passionate sports fan and/or bettor who deeply understands what resonates with sports betting and prediction market audiences.

  • Strong familiarity with current video distribution strategies, including YouTube optimization, syndication, clipping, and social media algorithms.

  • Experience creating compelling digital graphics and thumbnails using tools like Canva or Photoshop.

  • Exceptional core editing skills with the ability to seamlessly transition content between long-form and short-form formats.
