The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What you'll do as a VIP Services Representative
- Build strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships while identifying opportunities to elevate the customer experience.
- Participate in customer events to elevate the DraftKings brand and increase customer engagement.
- Effectively distribute an allotted promotional budget amongst our VIP players.
- Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales or Account Management role.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to make quick and confident decisions.
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
