Job Overview
This role supports product attributes across digital, care, and retail channels to maintain accurate and timely catalog updates. It manages daily catalog operations through business processes and project management activities. The role collaborates with technology partners to align product catalog and user interface requirements. Success is measured by timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction It emphasizes practical delivery and measurable impact. The work ensures consistent product information availability, impacting organizational efficiency and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage intake, feasibility, and triage of change requests to ensure effective cross-functional communication and process adherence
  • Conduct business analysis and execute device and accessory launches, pricing, promotions, and product specification updates
  • Participate in staging and production validations while communicating deployment schedules and catalog freeze dates
  • Identify opportunities to automate and simplify internal processes, tools, and deliverables for operational efficiency
  • Compile key metrics and produce daily reports to support informed decision-making and operational transparency
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field. (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Digital/web content production and management (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Communication (Required)

  • Ability to work with highly technical teams, while prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment (Required)

    Base Pay Range: $58,900 - $106,300

    Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
