Job Overview:

The VP – AI Product Strategy will guide the development and execution of a cohesive AI product strategy aligned with organizational goals. This individual will collaborate across product, engineering, data science, and business teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. The role focuses on delivering value through thoughtful planning, cross-functional partnership, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and communicate an AI product strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives

  • Conduct market research, evaluate industry trends, and identify opportunities for AI within financial services

  • Translate business needs and user insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing enhancements

  • Promote responsible AI practices, including ethical considerations, governance, and transparency

  • Define and track key metrics to assess product performance and impact

  • Share product strategy, updates, and outcomes with leadership and stakeholders

  • Stay informed on developments in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and assess their relevance to the organization

  • Support and guide teams in AI product practices, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles, including experience with AI or machine learning products

  • Experience contributing to the development and launch of technology-driven products in a complex organizational environment

  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts such as natural language processing, predictive analytics, computer vision, or generative AI

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a way that connects to business value

  • Experience working with data, including awareness of governance and privacy considerations

Preferences:

Pay Range:

$145,436.00 - $242,359.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
