About rag & bone
From our origins in New York in 2002, rag & bone was founded on a belief of uncompromising ideals: a commitment to doing things the right way, not the easy way. To making things that are as original as they are timeless. To being true to ourselves, even when that truth sets us apart from the mainstream.

We still believe in the same principles we started with: the easy elegance of classic British tailoring, the authenticity of American workwear, and the originality of our home city, New York. As New Yorkers, community and authenticity have become synonymous with our brand. An inclusive environment at rag & bone upholds our original values by encouraging employee connection and empowering each individual to have a voice on policy, process and collaboration for a more equitable future.
Job Summary:
Reporting into the CIO, the Vice President, Business Solutions will lead the operational transformation of rag & bone’s core business systems, including ERP, Order Management (OMS), and Point of Sale (POS), as part of the company’s transition toward a composable, data- and AI-enabled architecture.
This role is accountable for translating business strategy into executable technology initiatives across Finance, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and Supply Chain domains. Acting as a critical bridge between business and technology, the VP will oversee product ownership for enterprise applications and DTC platforms, ensuring delivery of scalable, future-ready solutions that unlock agility, efficiency, and growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead Enterprise Systems Transformation
  • Own the end-to-end transformation of ERP, OMS, and POS platforms toward a composable architecture.
  • Drive modernization efforts, balancing business continuity with long-term strategic replatforming.
  • Ensure alignment with the company’s unified commerce vision and AI enablement roadmap.
Operational Leadership of Product Organization
  • Lead and manage the Enterprise Applications Product Owner and DTC Product Owner.
  • Establish a product-centric operating model focused on outcomes, not projects.
  • Drive prioritization, roadmap execution, and delivery discipline across domains.
Cross-Functional Business Alignment
  • Partner closely with Finance, Retail, E-commerce, and Supply Chain leadership to define business requirements and success metrics.
  • Translate business needs into scalable system capabilities and data products.
  • Ensure systems support end-to-end processes across wholesale, retail, and digital channels.
Composable Architecture & Data Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the Head of Data & AI to design and implement a modular, loosely coupled architecture.
  • Ensure systems integrate seamlessly into the company’s universal data hub.
  • Champion API-first, event-driven, and data product-oriented design principles.
Transformation Governance & Execution
  • Contribute to and operate within Transformation Committees across DTC, Supply Chain, Finance, and Data.
  • Define KPIs and track realization of business value from system investments.
  • Drive disciplined delivery of MVPs (“release zero”) and iterative enhancements.
Vendor & Ecosystem Management
  • Lead evaluation and selection of best-in-class solutions across ERP, POS, OMS, and adjacent domains.
  • Manage strategic partners and system integrators to ensure delivery quality and accountability.
  • Optimize total cost of ownership while enabling innovation.

Requirements:
Leadership & Experience
  • 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise systems, business applications, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs across ERP, commerce, and supply chain systems.
  • Prior experience at Director or VP level in a fashion, retail, or consumer brand environment.
Functional Expertise
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end operations in a fashion or retail company, including:
    • Direct-to-Consumer (Retail & E-commerce)
    • Supply Chain & Inventory Management
    • Finance & Accounting
  • Strong familiarity with modern commerce ecosystems (POS, OMS, e-commerce platforms) and ERP systems.
Technology & Architecture
  • Experience transitioning from monolithic systems to composable or best-of-breed architectures.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data platforms.
  • Exposure to data-driven and AI-enabled business processes is a strong plus.
Operating Model & Execution
  • Experience working in a product-driven organization (vs. project-based).
  • Strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
Leadership & Influence
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex topics into clear business narratives.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
