ABOUT THE ROLE
The Vice President, Growth & Strategic Partnerships owns the partnership sales and solutions process from pipeline to executive pitches and solutioning through deal closure and relationship management. The Vice President will work in close collaboration with Spectrum Reach and Spectrum's broader technology, partnerships, and commercial teams and serve as a primary commercial driver for Latis, Spectrum Intelligence Ventures' AI-powered intelligence platform built on Spectrum's first-party signals across ~38 million U.S. consumer households. This role will report to the Head, Growth and Partnerships in the Product & Technology Intelligence Ventures team.
HOW THE VP, GROWTH & STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS MAKES AN IMPACT
  • Lead the full Latis platform commercial lifecycle: Partnership with Spectrum business units on pipeline development and management, executive-level and wider stakeholder solutions-focused pitching, commercial structuring, negotiation, and deal close. Own and drive strategic partnerships with clear revenue accountability and forecast discipline across direct brands, agencies, ad-tech and mar-tech platforms, data businesses, AI analytics and decisioning systems, and other open market prospects.
  • Partner and collaborate with the Spectrum Reach ad sales and product teams to integrate and help position Latis advanced audiences, measurement, and additional solutions competitively to existing and new Spectrum Reach clients.
  • Help cultivate and grow a portfolio of high-value partnerships by acting as the senior relationship owner who deepens engagement, expands commercial scope, and drives long-term revenue growth.
  • Architect platform and data engagement models that align Latis's signal and AI capabilities to each partner's specific business goals, data needs, and integration requirements.
  • Collaborate with Latis Product, Data Science, Delivery & Client Success teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Act as a voice of market by synthesizing prospect and partner feedback to sharpen GTM positioning, refine commercial models, and inform product roadmap priorities.
  • Represent Latis externally at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to build brand presence and source new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Spectrum Intelligence Ventures and wider leadership to ensure messaging and commercial frameworks stay ahead of market.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field

EXPERIENCE
  • 8+ Years of Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise business development, or commercial leadership within ad-tech, mar-tech, data/identity, media, or AI/analytics
  • 10+ Years of Related Leadership / General Management experience

SKILLS
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Influence internal and external key stakeholders to close complex, high-value platform or data deals with brands, agencies, and technology companies
  • Thorough understanding of strategic partnerships development or enterprise business development
  • Ability to define key performance indicators / metrics
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to work across functional boundaries, build consensus and drive results
  • Expert ability and strategic storytelling in the programmatic and data ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, clean rooms, identify resolution, audience intelligence, and AI-driven decisioning
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build structure and process in a fast-moving, early-stage commercial environment

The base pay for this position generally is between
$190,100.00 and $380,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
