Summary:
Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Institutional Equity Sales. The chosen candidate will become a key member of Ladenburg’s Institutional Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and qualifying institutional investors (mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices) to market firm’s equity transactions
- Offer corporate access to investors
- Booking roadshows
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and client prospects on equity markets and firm research.
- Required to comply with applicable regulation, conduct rules, internal policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to spend time traveling and socializing with clients.
- IT skills, including all standard Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, ability to foster relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 5 Years of Institutional Sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Series 7, 63 licensed
