  • Lead a company-wide rebranding or brand-evolution initiative.
  • Build and execute demand-generation, account-based marketing, field marketing, digital, content, and partner marketing programs.
  • Generate, influence, and accelerate qualified enterprise pipeline in close partnership with Sales and Business Development.
  • Establish clear marketing metrics, attribution models, and reporting tied to pipeline, revenue, conversion, CAC, and ROI.
  • Strengthen Wiliot’s product marketing, customer storytelling, thought leadership, and market presence.
  • Translate complex technology into clear, compelling business value for enterprise customers and partners.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing team.
  • Manage the marketing budget and prioritize investments based on measurable commercial impact.
  • Serve as a close strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Vice President of Marketing or in an equivalent senior marketing leadership role.
  • Strong experience in AI, data, analytics, enterprise technology, or a related category.
  • Proven success leading marketing in startup or high-growth company environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a successful rebranding or major repositioning initiative.
  • Track record of building marketing programs that generated or influenced at least $50 million in qualified pipeline.
  • Strong enterprise B2B demand-generation and account-based marketing experience.
  • Experience creating a category and educating the market around a new or complex technology.
  • Ability to connect marketing activities directly to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and executive-influencing capabilities.
  • Willingness to operate as a hands-on leader in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, the New York or Dallas area.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within logistics, supply chain, retail technology, IoT, or adjacent industries.
  • Experience marketing enterprise solutions to global retailers, consumer brands, manufacturers, logistics providers, or other complex organizations.
  • Experience working across partner and channel ecosystems.
  • Experience scaling a marketing organization through a significant stage of company growth.
