HyperGuest is a fast-growing travel tech company transforming how accommodations and travel providers connect and collaborate. Our cB2B SaaS platform enables hotels and travel distributors to work together directly, efficiently, and transparently, creating a smarter and more connected travel ecosystem.
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on VP of R&D to lead our engineering organization and drive HyperGuest’s technological vision. You will own the evolution of our product technical aspects, scale our systems, and lead a high-performing team of developers and DevOps engineers.
This role is ideal for a technical leader with deep architectural insight, modern engineering instincts, and proven experience building and scaling high-quality SaaS platforms.
- At least 6 years of global R&D engineering leadership experience in a B2B SaaS company (mandatory), including either 2+ years as VP of R&D or 4+ years as Director of R&D
- Proven hands-on experience building data-intensive applications and distributed systems.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js, Vue.js, AWS infrastructure, MongoDB (not Atlas), MySQL, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Experience leading DevOps teams and driving DevOps best practices.
- Solid background in software architecture and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
- High level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
