NYC Alliance Company LLC is on the lookout for an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales for our Juniors division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives tailored to the juniors market segment, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will oversee the sales team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and develop innovative strategies to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals specific to the juniors product line.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Identify key growth opportunities within the juniors market and build strong partnerships with major clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize product offerings and positioning.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide in-depth reports to executive leadership.
- Implement competitive pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales potential.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on the juniors market or related apparel sectors.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proficient in sales data analysis and market trend evaluation.
