Summary:
We are seeking a VP of Sales to join our leadership team. This role will own Refine’s revenue growth strategy, team building, and execution as we scale into enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

  • Define sales processes, metrics, and territories to maximize efficiency.

  • Build and manage a scalable outbound and inbound sales motion.

  • Own quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and CS teams to align GTM strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience.

  • Proven track record of building $10M+ ARR sales teams from Seed–Series B.

  • Strong domain knowledge in ecommerce, infrastructure, or AI tech sales.

  • Exceptional leadership, hiring, and coaching skills.

  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.

Salary Range:
$165,000–$210,000 USD base salary + variable bonus (target OTE $350,000–$400,000).
