Summary:
We are seeking a VP of Sales to join our leadership team. This role will own Refine’s revenue growth strategy, team building, and execution as we scale into enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Define sales processes, metrics, and territories to maximize efficiency.
Build and manage a scalable outbound and inbound sales motion.
Own quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and CS teams to align GTM strategies.
Qualifications:
7+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience.
Proven track record of building $10M+ ARR sales teams from Seed–Series B.
Strong domain knowledge in ecommerce, infrastructure, or AI tech sales.
Exceptional leadership, hiring, and coaching skills.
Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
Salary Range:
$165,000–$210,000 USD base salary + variable bonus (target OTE $350,000–$400,000).
