Serve as the primary technical contact for onboarding and integrations, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive improvements, create and maintain technical documentation, and proactively monitor account health to drive customer success.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring. Automate data preprocessing, feature engineering, and validation. Productionize models with data scientists and backend engineers, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient ML infrastructure and optimized training and inference performance.

Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices in Go using gRPC and Protocol Buffers; deploy on GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage); implement API security (OAuth2) and credential management; containerize with Docker/Kubernetes; collaborate with MLOps and frontend teams; mentor junior developers; troubleshoot production issues and document API contracts.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage and automate cloud infrastructure and configurations, implement monitoring/logging and alerting for reliability, enforce security and compliance practices, and collaborate with development teams to support scaling and operations.

Partner with sales to conduct technical discovery, design solutions, deliver demos and proofs-of-concept, and produce technical sales assets. Map customer requirements to product capabilities, collaborate with product and engineering on market feedback, and act as technical advisor throughout the sales process to help close enterprise deals.

Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web applications and internal tools. Conduct user research and iterate on designs, collaborate with engineers for accurate implementation, and help establish and evolve the design system while advocating for accessible, user-centric product experiences.

Lead and scale Refine's sales organization to hit quarterly and annual revenue targets. Hire, mentor, and manage outbound/inbound motions, define processes, territories, and metrics, and align GTM with marketing, product, and customer success to win enterprise accounts.

Manage onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for assigned SaaS customers. Act as strategic advisor, drive product usage and upsells, coordinate with support/product/sales, and maintain customer health metrics and renewals.

Drive new business with mid-market and enterprise e-commerce brands: prospect, qualify, demo, and close deals; run presentations and proof-of-concepts; partner with Solutions Engineers; maintain CRM pipeline and hit quarterly sales targets.
