- Build and advance executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders by developing compelling business cases, aligning strategic priorities, and securing sponsorship for transformative partnerships
- Design value enablement partnerships that integrate analytics, advisory services, operational execution, and AI-enabled workflows to address enterprise performance challenges
- Lead complex negotiations for outcomes-based, risk-aligned, and multi-line-of-business arrangements while balancing client objectives, financial rigor, and delivery feasibility
- Partner across actuarial, clinical, product, contracting, and delivery teams to develop executable solutions that translate strategy into measurable client impact
- Apply AI tools and AI-enabled workflows responsibly to improve internal productivity, strengthen solution development, and enhance client engagement

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of healthcare sales, strategic partnerships, or business development experience, including success in large, complex enterprise deals
- Demonstrated success originating and closing multi-year partnerships with health systems, academic medical centers, and/or integrated delivery networks
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex value-based, outcomes-based, or risk-aligned agreements
- Proven solid financial and strategic acumen, including the ability to connect operational performance drivers to measurable business outcomes
- Proven AI competency, including demonstrated ability to use AI tools and AI-enabled workflows responsibly to improve strategy, productivity, and client impact
- Ability to travel 30-50%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience partnering with large integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, or value-based care organizations
- Background in provider enablement, population health, value-based care transformation, or payer-provider collaboration models
- Established network of senior health system, finance, clinical, or strategy relationships
- Experience leading AI-enabled workflow transformation, adoption, or go-to-market innovation
