The Opportunity

We’re growing, and we’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial people to join us as Financial Professionals in our Long Island offices in Garden City and Melville. You’ll sit across the table from clients, help them map out their financial future, and build a practice that’s truly yours. You’ll have an experienced, collaborative team behind you every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Build lasting relationships. You’ll earn clients’ trust with a consultative, client-first approach that keeps them with you for years.
  • Design custom strategies. You’ll dig into each client’s goals and create personalized plans covering retirement, investments, insurance, and estate planning.
  • Educate and empower. You’ll break down complex topics so clients can make confident, informed decisions.
  • Bring in the experts. You’ll partner with internal specialists, CPAs, and other professionals to deliver holistic solutions.
  • Grow your book. You’ll expand your client base through networking, referrals, and marketing, with our support behind you.
  • Stay sharp. You’ll keep up with market trends, new products, and evolving planning strategies so your clients stay ahead.

Requirements

Who Thrives Here

  • You think like an entrepreneur and want to build something of your own
  • People enjoy talking to you, and you’re good at earning trust
  • You want a career and a business you own, not just a paycheck
  • You set goals and push yourself to hit them without someone looking over your shoulder
  • You’re curious about money: how it grows, how it’s protected, and how it changes lives
  • Sales, finance, or client-service experience helps, but hunger and coachability matter more

Who You’ll Help

Your clients will include:

  • Individuals and families building security and planning for the future
  • Business owners protecting what they’ve built and planning their next move
  • Institutions and organizations that need a trusted financial partner

Why WealthBridge?

  • No ceiling. Your growth is tied to your effort, not to a salary band or a seniority list.
  • Real mentorship. You’ll learn from experienced leaders who want you to win.
  • A team culture. We collaborate, share what works, and celebrate each other’s success.
  • Meaningful work. You’ll help people make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with clarity and confidence.
  • A firm built on people. Impact and outcomes come first, for our clients and for our agents.

Benefits
  • A culture focused on integrity, innovation, and long-term client success

  • You’re never on your own. You’ll work alongside a network of experienced professionals and mentors, and you’ll have consultants through Integrated Wealth Resources to help with complex client cases.
  • Tools that do the heavy lifting. We provide advanced planning resources, digital marketing support, and business development systems so you can focus on clients.
  • Your career, your way. The path is flexible and built for entrepreneurs, so you can grow at your own pace and shape what you build.
  • We invest in you from day one. That includes licensing support, ongoing training, and continued professional development as you advance.
  • Modern technology. Our platforms streamline client engagement and planning, so you spend less time on paperwork and more time making an impact.
  • Integrity comes first. Our culture is built on doing right by clients, embracing innovation,
