Within Wealth Management Solutions, the Global Deposits business provides a broad range of liquidity, cash management, and deposit solutions that help clients manage operating liquidity, strategic cash balances, and long-term wealth objectives.
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director to lead the Global Deposits Product organization and drive the next phase of growth and transformation for the business.
This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the multi-year product, technology, and operating model strategy for Global Deposits. The successful candidate will lead a sizeable, globally distributed team across regions and disciplines while partnering with senior executives across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Data & Analytics.
The role combines business leadership, product strategy, organizational management, and transformation delivery, with responsibility for modernizing deposits capabilities, advancing AI-driven solutions, enhancing commercial effectiveness, and improving operational scalability across the franchise.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, develop, and inspire a global team across multiple regions and functional disciplines.
- Define and execute the Global Deposits product, technology, and operating model strategy.
- Establish organizational priorities, governance frameworks, and investment plans that support long-term business growth.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape strategic direction and business objectives.
Product & Platform Transformation
- Drive modernization of deposits capabilities, including pricing, onboarding, servicing, workflow, reporting, and operational processes.
- Deliver scalable solutions that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and executable roadmaps.
AI, Data & Commercial Enablement
- Lead the Global Deposits AI and digital transformation agenda.
- Deliver capabilities that enhance sales effectiveness, pricing support, workflow automation, and advisor enablement.
- Leverage data and analytics to improve decision-making, governance, and business outcomes.
Execution & Stakeholder Management
- Lead a portfolio of complex product, technology, and business transformation initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and strategic investments.
- Build strong partnerships across business, technology, operations, and control functions globally.
- Deliver executive communications, business reviews, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Treasury Services, Deposits, Payments, or related financial services businesses.
- Proven experience leading large-scale product, technology, or business transformation programs.
- Demonstrated success managing sizeable global teams and delivering results within complex matrix organizations.
- Strong track record influencing senior executives and driving strategic outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience working across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and finance functions.
Leadership & Business Expertise
- Deep understanding of deposits, liquidity management, cash management, or related banking products.
- Exceptional people leadership, organizational, and change management capabilities.
- Experience building and developing high-performing global teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
