Trafilea is scaling fast; and our wholesale channel is accelerating even faster. We’re looking for an innovative, proactive Wholesale Marketing Manager to lead retail and wholesale marketing for Shapermint and Truekind across North America and international markets. This role sits at the center of our retail expansion, driving sell‑through, brand equity, and category‑leading performance across major department stores, mass merchants, freestanding retail, and on‑air channels.
Trafilea’s wholesale footprint is growing rapidly, with full‑door distribution at Walmart US and Belk, and expansion underway across Walmart Canada and Kohl’s for 2027. You’ll help amplify this momentum; strengthening brand presence, accelerating revenue, and ensuring our marketing shows up with excellence across every retail partner.
You will own the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated 360° campaigns that bring our brands to life across every physical and digital retail touchpoint. You’ll ensure marketing excellence, brand consistency, and measurable impact on revenue, profitability, and long‑term brand strength.

  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate the Brand Marketing Manager and supporting specialists.

  • Develop and execute 360° campaigns integrating OOH, influencer, in-store, and digital tactics.

  • Support freestanding store launches with playbooks, launch plans, and evaluations.

  • Ensure creative and merchandising alignment with brand positioning and retailer guidelines.

  • Monitor sell-through, traffic lift, and digital performance metrics for all campaigns.

  • Own retail marketing budget allocation, including co-op spend and production costs.

  • Implement AI-driven tools for campaign tracking and creative optimization.

  • Project & campaign reporting for senior leadership

  • 10+ years in retail/wholesale marketing, leading multi-channel campaigns (in-store, digital, influencer, media) with measurable impact; experience with major retailers (Walmart, Macy's, Kohl's, Nordstrom); apparel/intimates a plus.

  • Proven ability to negotiate and lead vendor/retailer relationships.

  • Data-driven mindset, using metrics to optimize spend and storytelling.

  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), Google Workspace, and PM tools (Asana).

  • Hands-on with AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and campaign analysis.

  • Excellent communicator, able to influence execs, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinker (80-20 prioritization), adaptable with contingency planning.

  • Strong problem-solver, turns data and mistakes into scalable process improvements.

  • High ownership and accountability, bias for speed and quality standards.
