We’re seeking a Wholesale Operations Manager to scale Bandit’s rapidly growing global wholesale channel. Reporting to the Head of Operations and working in close partnership with the Head of Wholesale, this role bridges account management, logistics, and strategic operations, leading the wholesale process from post-order management through delivery. As Bandit builds the infrastructure to support 250+ global doors by 2027, this role is central to delivering operational excellence, seamless execution, and a best-in-class wholesale partner experience.


Requirements
  • Lead wholesale order fulfillment and shipping, serving as the primary point of contact from order placement through delivery.
  • Oversee outbound wholesale shipping from factory and/or 3PL to customer, managing order tracking, delivery timelines, and proactive partner communication to ensure accuracy and a premium experience.
  • Prepare, review, and manage all shipping and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, customs forms, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Wholesale, Logistics, and Finance to evaluate, implement, and optimize systems and workflows for customs, duties/taxes, and international shipping across markets.
  • Optimize delivery costs through carrier selection, rate negotiations, shipment consolidation, and incoterm strategy.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to reduce landed cost and improve delivery efficiency, while maintaining service levels and partner expectations.
  • Track and report on wholesale fulfillment performance, flagging risks early and driving continuous improvement across delivery timelines, costs, and execution.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

  • 3-4 years of experience in wholesale operations, fulfillment and logistics, for a high-volume DTC or apparel retail brand, ideally a startup.
  • Deep understanding of small-parcel shipping, carrier rate structures, and cost-optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with implementing and managing ERPs and B2B platforms such as NuOrder, ensuring accurate order flow, inventory, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage international wholesale operations, including global shipping, customs documentation, duties, and cross-border logistics, while maintaining high service levels for B2B partners.
  • Proficiency in managing inventory across systems using a Warehouse Management System, ERP and Shopify.
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to translate data into action using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Relentless focus on process improvement, accuracy, and long-term scalability.
  • Strong operator mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute quickly through ambiguity.
  • Clear, effective communicator who collaborates cross-functionally and drives accountability across teams and external partners.
