Serve as main customer contact, provide consultative support and best practices for social ad platforms, liaise with partners (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) and internal Product/Engineering, and help build Customer Success processes and knowledge resources.

Lead technical onboarding for newly-signed customers on the Smartly.io platform. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to design tailored onboarding plans, train clients on platform features, set up reporting views and automations, manage the onboarding process end-to-end, create Google Slides presentations, and ensure customers achieve adoption and business objectives.

Own and grow a book of large advertiser accounts, provide consultative paid-social strategy, drive product trials and customer engagement, resolve advertiser issues, build partner relationships (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok), and collaborate with product and internal teams to scale operations and improve outcomes.
