Lead end-to-end product design for member-facing and clinician tools: research, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, usability testing, and design system development. Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams to drive behavior-change experiences and clinician efficiency.

Lead research strategy and execution for a product domain, partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing. Conduct mixed-methods foundational and tactical research, including interviews, usability tests, diary studies, surveys, card sorts, and tree tests. Translate behavioral and qualitative data into actionable insights, shape product roadmaps, integrate AI into research workflows, and guide strategic product decisions.

Perform final formatting and layout quality control on client documents: verify layout consistency, typography, adherence to style guides, and deliver 100% client-ready files, including same-day projects.
