Own and build Loyal’s FP&A function, including integrated financial modeling, clinical and CMC forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, variance reporting, board materials, and cash runway analysis. Serve as the finance partner to R&D, clinical operations, manufacturing, and executive leadership. Select and implement an FP&A platform, establish planning and reporting standards, support accounting close and audits, and scale the function as the company approaches commercial launch.

Provide FP&A support for Global Enabling Functions by tracking OPEX, CAPEX, and headcount; manage PO approvals; support monthly close, accruals, and forecasting; prepare management reports and variance analysis; perform ad-hoc modeling to inform leadership decisions and improve spend transparency.

Lead and build a global internal audit function for a growing pharmaceutical company: establish charter and risk-based audit plan, assess and strengthen internal controls and SOX/ICFR frameworks, collaborate with legal/compliance/finance/HR/quality, leverage automation and data analytics, present findings to the Audit Committee, and manage investigations and special assignments.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable via the Coupa P2P platform: vendor onboarding and maintenance, invoice processing and matching, payment batching, reconciliations, vendor inquiries/escalations, 1099/ W-9/W-8 compliance, expense and corporate card support, and month-end close activities.

Serve as the finance business partner to Legal and Corporate & External Affairs, providing FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, decision support, and cost management.
