Own the end-to-end recruiting experience for Registered Dietitians, including applicant communication, candidate vetting, outbound outreach, offer coordination, inbox management, and follow-up. Track recruiting metrics, improve funnel conversion, collaborate with onboarding, marketing, strategy, and product teams, and refine hiring processes based on provider and stakeholder feedback.

Manage full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, design, and analytics teams. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, candidate and pipeline management, stakeholder partnership, scheduling, candidate experience, employer branding, and improving recruiting processes. The role requires building high-quality teams in a fast-growing startup while meeting headcount targets and using data, systems, and recruiting tools effectively.
