Own full-cycle recruiting for 8–12 concurrent North America sales searches, focusing on SDR and Associate Account Executive hiring. Partner with senior sales leaders to develop hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, manage recruiting-funnel data, improve process conversion, lead interviews and debriefs, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. The role requires consultative stakeholder partnership, creative sourcing, strong organization, and judgment in evaluating sales and AI talent.

Serve as the HR strategic partner for global GTM/revenue teams: advise senior leaders, design and scale people programs (performance, compensation, career paths), lead org design and change, ensure multi‑regional compliance, and use people and revenue data to improve retention and engagement.
