Leads litigation, employment law, investigations, regulatory matters, and enterprise ethics and compliance for a global retail company. The role directs outside counsel, handles enforcement matters, advises on US and international regulations, and builds scalable legal processes, playbooks, training, reporting, and AI-assisted workflows. Responsibilities also include ADA accessibility matters, trade-secret frameworks, music licensing, content clearance, and cross-functional support for technology and creator-commerce teams.
