Owner of Empathy's business value agenda: build frameworks and infrastructure to prove ROI, run experiments with Sales/Product, coordinate cross-functional work, set and track goals, promote AI adoption, and drive ad hoc commercial priorities alongside leadership.

Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Business Officer and operational support to the GTM org: manage calendar and travel, prepare briefs, handle expenses, coordinate GTM programs and offsites, build decks and reports, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
