Leads multiple fraud operations teams focused on disputes and compliance. Oversees people leaders and individual contributors, sets operational strategy, improves productivity, quality, service levels, and compliance, manages queue health, resolves escalated risk events, and drives cross-functional change. The role also supports recruiting, talent development, AI-enabled efficiency initiatives, Lean Six Sigma practices, and data-driven operational improvements.

Support two senior engineering executives through calendar management, meeting preparation, travel and expense coordination, event planning, schedule optimization, and follow-up on action items. The role partners with executive assistants and leadership support teams, prepares documents and presentations, reconciles budgets, and handles administrative projects. Success requires strong organization, discretion, professionalism, independent judgment, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced company.

Own and optimize top-of-funnel revenue processes, including lead routing, lifecycle management, workflow automation, attribution tracking, and funnel analysis. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Systems, and other teams to improve Salesforce and go-to-market tooling, maintain data integrity, manage cross-functional initiatives, and train revenue teams on process and tooling changes.
