Leads the transition to an Agentic AI-enabled product development lifecycle across Product Management, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. Responsibilities include redesigning operating models, workflows, governance, roles, and decision rights; assessing current-state processes; defining future-state human and AI responsibilities; creating implementation roadmaps; designing AI capability-building approaches; managing stakeholder alignment; and executing change management. The role partners with senior leaders and prepares materials for executive and board-level reviews.
