The Project Accountant will support project managers with financial analysis, reporting, invoicing, and monitoring project performance while coordinating project setups in accordance with contracts.

Serve as the functional Deltek/Costpoint expert for Finance and FP&A: gather requirements, design/configure solutions, ensure compliance (GAAP, FAR, CAS), support reporting/integrations, train stakeholders, and liaise between finance, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.

The Project Accounting Coordinator manages financial administration for TEECOM projects, ensuring accurate project setup, contract compliance, and billing support while maintaining project records and documentation.

Provide remote bookkeeping for US clients: maintain financial records, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll processing and tax compliance, prepare monthly financial statements and 1099s, organize tax documentation, and communicate with clients.

Maintain invoicing, AR, and AP workflows (including Bill.com), review expense reports, support quarterly state tax payments, and improve accounting processes and systems.

Perform virtual and occasional field premium audits for workers' compensation policies: collect payroll/personnel data, calculate premium liability, review class codes and policy documents, communicate results to agents and insureds, and ensure proper endorsements and confidentiality.

Lead client acquisition and manage onboarding; own relationships for individual and business clients; prepare and review complex tax returns including fiduciary returns; drive proactive tax planning and research complex tax issues; manage workflow across engagements and supervise and develop a small team while applying data analytics to client situations.

Manage tax and international compliance including statutory audits, VAT, sales/use tax, corporate income tax and transfer pricing. Oversee lease accounting for global portfolio, coordinate payments and notices, partner with external advisors, and lead a small team while improving processes and cross-functional controls.

Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity clients, including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow and profitability analyses; develop client-ready deliverables; communicate findings to clients and internal teams; support transaction recommendations and mentor junior staff.
