Owns Cast AI’s commercial contracting lifecycle, including sales, renewal, vendor, reseller, SaaS, subscription, SLA, and EULA agreements. Advises on contract, privacy, intellectual property, corporate governance, and compliance matters; coordinates commercial disputes with external counsel; standardizes contracting processes; and supervises APAC legal resources. Partners closely with sales, customer success, deal desk, billing, support, and compliance teams in a fast-paced technology environment.

Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages contracts, amendments, procurement agreements, RFPs, RFQs, and statements of work across Canada and the United States. Ensures legal, regulatory, policy, and independent-contractor compliance; maintains contract repositories and renewal dates; supports acquisition integration, disputes, modifications, and execution. Collaborates with Legal, Procurement, HR, Sales, IT, M&A, and Finance while analyzing contract performance and improving contract management systems.

Analyze consumer product safety laws, regulations, directives, and standards across jurisdictions. Review and evaluate legal and compliance documentation, assess product safety scenarios and compliance strategies, identify regulatory gaps and risks, and provide practical guidance. Validate AI-generated legal content for accuracy and completeness, contribute structured legal analysis to AI training datasets, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality work.

Reviews criminal records and background screening data to assess applicant eligibility, mitigate client risk, and ensure FCRA compliance. Handles client and consumer inquiries by phone and email, explains screening results and next steps, manages tasks within service-level agreements, and maintains accurate updates. The role also requires handling sensitive information, de-escalating difficult conversations, collaborating with peers, participating in training, and auditing approved AI outputs for accuracy, privacy, and compliance.

Manage the lifecycle of government contract vehicles for state, local, and education accounts. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, FAR, DFAR, and applicable regulations; maintain contract records; support sales, proposals, bids, pricing, and procurement activities; monitor government opportunities and market trends; and recommend contract strategies aligned with business objectives.

Independently manage consumer title curative files, identify title defects, analyze probate, trust, divorce, power of attorney, and entity documents, prepare title and closing documents, coordinate with underwriters and vendors, and maintain accurate file notes and stakeholder updates. The role requires managing a 65–75-file pipeline, prioritizing deadlines, resolving clearance issues, reviewing surveys and endorsements, and verifying AI-assisted workflows against source documents and insurer guidance.

Provides legal support for Parkview Health through contract drafting and negotiation, advises on business transactions and related legal matters, and supports healthcare compliance issues. The role requires broad contract law knowledge, strong communication skills, business and financial acumen, and the ability to present effectively to senior leadership. A law degree and bachelor’s degree are required; real estate and healthcare law experience are preferred.
