Build fault-tolerant, observable integrations (Stripe, Plaid, payers), create abstractions for adjacent teams, mentor engineers, and write high-impact code to ensure reliability, throughput, and correct reconciliation of transactions at scale.

Prototype and present working demos to partners, collaborate with PM, engineering, BD, and ops, and use AI-first tools to iterate from planning through launch.

Lead company-wide standards for causal inference and Bayesian experimentation. Build frameworks mapping evidence to actionable confidence levels, design learning strategies for high-impact questions, institutionalize Bayesian practices, partner with engineering to ensure reliable instrumentation, mentor data scientists, and serve as escalation point for complex measurement problems like interference, selection bias, and network effects.

Lead measurement and decision systems for patient growth: own incrementality, design experiments, build LTV/retention/forecasting models, create trusted marketing metrics, partner with Engineering for measurement plumbing, diagnose performance shifts, influence channel allocation, and mentor growth analytics teams.

Lead Headway's patient-focused data science organization to drive consumer acquisition, conversion, retention, and outcomes. Partner with Product, Growth, Finance, and Operations to set analytics strategy, own marketing performance measurement and experimentation, build segmentation and cohort analyses, establish metric standards and self-serve reporting, and recruit and scale a high-performing team that turns insights into action.

Serve as strategic HR business partner to R+D executives: design organization structures, lead talent and performance processes, coach leaders, use people analytics to inform decisions, and drive cross-functional people initiatives that improve employee experience and manager effectiveness.
