Partner with Design, Product Development, Marketing, Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Ecommerce to launch commercially successful collections. Lead milestone meetings, presentations, cross-functional calendars, and deadline adherence while coaching a direct report.

Support global trade, customs, and sustainability compliance by advising on tariff classification, country-of-origin, customs valuation, FTAs, duties, and product marking. Maintain classification data, review shipments, support circularity programs and sustainability claims substantiation, perform audits and reporting, and monitor emerging trade and sustainability regulations while partnering cross-functionally.

Lead procurement strategy and execution for store construction, sourcing contractors, fixtures, materials, and installation services. Manage RFx events, negotiations, contracts, supplier relationships, cost savings, and stakeholder alignment across new stores, remodels, and relocations. Drive analytics, business cases, process improvements, and coach procurement team members while presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead global procurement for store development categories by partnering with stakeholders, running RFx and sourcing projects, negotiating contracts, analyzing spend to identify savings, managing vendors, and implementing process improvements and procurement strategies.

Drive allocation strategies for Coachtopia and new initiatives, analyze and manage inventory at distribution and store levels, collaborate with planning partners and cross-functional teams, support allocation special projects, and improve processes and systems to boost financial performance.
