The Account Supervisor will report directly to our Group Director overseeing Code3’s Accelerate business, focused on providing cost effective, nimble strategy to our high-growth start ups and emerging businesses wanting to mature their marketing efforts. This role will help forge a path for Accelerate at Code3, contributing to thought leadership, training, and process development for our Activation media buyers stepping into account management responsibilities. In addition to foundation-building, the Account Supervisor will oversee a collection of Commerce accounts as a senior escalation point. Through client team coaching and strategic guidance, the Account Supervisor will drive retention and growth for the Accelerate book of business. The role is approximately 50% client work and 50% business development.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as an escalation point for our mid-market Commerce accounts, shepherding client teams through multi-channel strategy, fire drills, and growth conversations
  • Provide coaching & development opportunities for client teams on topics including account management, strategic thinking, and communication
  • Oversee the lifecycle of clients within book of business, including onboarding, maintenance, growth, cross-selling, and retention
  • Partner with our mid-market Group Director on process and training development
  • Create and deliver trainings on core account management and Commerce topics
  • Contribute to company thought leadership around multi-channel strategy and mid-market account management for Commerce clients

You should have:

  • 3+  years of experience managing clients and client relationships
  • 5+ years of digital media experience with a strong focus in Commerce media, including hands-on keyboard experience
  • A proven track record of success with client retention
  • Experience managing teams and developing talent
  • Experience serving as an escalation point for clients, supporting with fire drills, strategic guidance, and growth 
  • A self-motivated drive to learn & openness to feedback 
  • Agility to focus on multiple priorities at any given time while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization
  • Experience working with Paid Search, Paid Social, or Programmatic clients is a plus (not a must)

Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $122,500 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location.
