The Role

Orchard is looking for a customer and results focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard and pitch Orchards various service offerings to potential customers with the goal of scheduling time with them and a licensed real estate agent. You will be expected to generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls, maintain a personal database of leads, and share customer learnings to help us better service customers with superior offline and online experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, is organized and has the ability to earn the trust of customers to create an exceptional experience. 

This is a Full Time, Remote role that will report into the Inside Sales Manager. 

What You’ll Do Here: 

  • Connect with potential customers via phone, email and text
  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls 
  • Maintain a personal database of leads to work and convert in the future
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong drive to deliver results and strong follow-up skills
  • Excels at cross-functional teamwork & communication
  • Hold an active real estate license (not required)

The Inside Sales Associate plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls and will be the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard. 

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a sales role, customer service role or in the real estate industry. The right candidate will be friendly, organized, and trustworthy, in order to create an exceptional customer experience. One of the things our customers love the most about the Orchard experience is the level of support they get. In this role there will be an opportunity for ongoing mentorship by Orchard Sales Leadership.
